Dentistry for Children – Potomac is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily practice operations and support team development while driving patient satisfaction and financial performance. This role balances people, processes, and business results in a pediatric dental setting.

You will oversee administrative functions, collaborate with HR and other teams, and implement initiatives to sustain growth and a positive patient experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred; master’s a plus.
• 3–5 years of progressive leadership and practice management experience.
• Experience leading, mentoring, coaching, and developing team members.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Solid business acumen, including managing expenses and driving operational and financial results.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily practice operations and administrative functions to ensure efficient workflows and excellent patient experience.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop staff while fostering a positive office culture.
• Monitor financial results, revenue growth, expenses, patient retention, and case acceptance to achieve goals.
• Partner with HR on recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Promote patient satisfaction, improve access to care, and meet patient experience goals.
• Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, safety standards, and required trainings.
