Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY operates a network of dental offices and the Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring qualified, motivated teams deliver high‑quality care while achieving profitability.

The role requires pediatric management experience; standard hours are 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with a focus on staff development, policy implementation and process improvement across the local market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in dental or related fields.
• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Analytical skills and understanding of financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises Practice Managers and employees engaged in center operations.
• Builds relationships of trust between doctors, staff and the company.
• Assists in planning and preparing work schedules and assigns duties.
• Assists in hiring, training, and evaluating Practice Managers with HR.
• Provides performance management, including employment separations with HR.
• Develops and maintains new policies, procedures and training programs.
• Prepares and reviews operational reports and schedules for accuracy and efficiency.
• Recommends cost saving methods to improve efficiency of centers.
• Provides sales and marketing support by conducting events to present information on services.
• Supports Lead Doctors to identify and resolve service issues.
• Participates in the work of subordinates to facilitate productivity and customer service.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations and company policies.
• Assists with annual forecasting and strategic planning for centers in the region.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
