Job summary

D4C Dental is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the dental offices under their supervision. You will ensure the clinic is staffed by capable, trained, and self-motivated teams, aligned with the company’s purpose and mission.

This role runs 8am-5pm, M-F, with Pediatric Management experience preferred. You will direct Practice Managers, build trust with doctors and staff, assist in scheduling, hiring, and training, and prepare operational reports to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in dental or related fields.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises Practice Managers and employees engaged in center operations.
• Builds relationships of trust between the doctor(s), staff and the company.
• Assists in hiring, training, and evaluating Practice Managers with HR.
• Prepares and reviews operational reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Recommends cost saving methods to improve efficiency of center.
• Supports Lead Doctors to identify and resolve problems with service to customers.
