Job summary

CareGivers America is hiring pediatric caregivers to provide 1:1 in-home supervision and support for children in Montgomery County, PA. Training and certification are provided, with flexible full-time or part-time schedules and benefits including insurance and PTO.

No experience needed—the team will train you to become a certified HHA/CNA. Your role helps children maintain safety and progress daily living skills in their homes.

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) certificate preferred
• Willingness to work in Montgomery
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients location

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting
• Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed
• Implement and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior support plans (BIPs)
• Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development
• Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a consistent, safe environment
• Frequent standing and walking, assisting members with daily activities, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
