Job summary

CareGivers America is hiring compassionate pediatric caregivers to support children in their homes. No experience needed—we’ll train you and help you become a certified Home Health Aide (HHA).

This role involves 1:1 supervision and daily living support, with 12-hour overnight shifts in Monroe County, PA. Earn $14.75 per hour with paid training, flexible schedules, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting
• Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed
• Implement and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior support plans (BIPs)
• Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development
• Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a consistent, safe environment
• Frequent standing and walking, assisting members with daily activities, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
