Job summary

CareGivers America in Saylorsburg, PA is hiring pediatric caregivers to provide 1:1 in-home supervision for children. No experience is required as training and certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) will be provided.

Overnight opportunities with 12-hour shifts and 7-day coverage are available, with immediate openings in Monroe County. You’ll help with daily living skills, hygiene, meals, and participate in IEP and behavior support plans.

Qualifications

• HHA or CNA certificate preferred
• Willingness to work in Monroe County
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients location

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting
• Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed
• Implement and support IEPs and BIPs
• Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development
• Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a consistent, safe environment
• Frequent standing and walking, assisting members with daily activities, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
