Job summary

CareGivers America is hiring compassionate caregivers to support children in their homes in Wayne County. This role offers paid training and certification and the chance to build meaningful, in-home 1:1 care experiences with pediatric clients.

No experience is required — training is provided to help you become a certified Home Health Aide (HHA). Flexible schedules include full-time, part-time and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• HHA or CNA certificate preferred.
• Willingness to work in Wayne County (PA).
• No experience needed; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting.
• Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed.
• Implement and support IEPs and behavior support plans (BIPs).
• Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development.
• Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a safe environment.
• Frequent standing and walking, assisting with daily activities and occasional lifting.

What You’ll Do:
