Job summary

CareGivers America in Bucks County is hiring compassionate pediatric caregivers to provide 1:1 supervision and in-home support for children. No prior experience required as we offer paid training and help you become a certified Home Health Aide (HHA).

You’ll assist with daily living tasks, support IEPs and BIPs, and help children develop skills in a safe, structured setting. Flexible full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts are available with benefits including insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide (HHA) or CNA certificate preferred
• Willingness to work in Bucks County
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients location

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting
• Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed
• Implement and support IEPs and behavior support plans (BIPs)
• Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development
• Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a consistent, safe environment
• Stand/walk frequently and assist with daily activities, lifting or supporting individuals as needed

What You’ll Do:
