Job summary

CareGivers America in Bucks County is hiring compassionate pediatric caregivers to provide 1:1 in-home supervision for children. Training is provided, and you may become a certified HHA/CNA.

This role offers flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, weekends), benefits, and growth opportunities, with a focus on safety, care quality, and supporting families in their homes.

Qualifications

• No experience needed; training provided.
• Willingness to work in Bucks County.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting.
• Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed.
• Implement and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior support plans (BIPs).
• Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development.
• Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a consistent, safe environment.
• Frequent standing and walking, assisting members with daily activities, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals.
