Job summary

CareGivers America is hiring compassionate caregivers to support children in their homes. No experience required — training provided and help to become a certified Home Health Aide (HHA). This is meaningful, one-on-one care where you truly make a difference in a child’s daily life.

We offer paid training and certification, flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts), insurance, PTO + 401(k), and opportunities for growth and advancement.

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting.
• Assist with daily living skills including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed.

• Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities to promote skill development.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting
• Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed
• Implement and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior support plans (BIPs)
• Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development
• Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a consistent, safe environment
• Frequent standing and walking, assisting members with daily activities, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
