Care for Kids in Texas seeks a Clinical Manager to lead daily clinical and operational performance of the pediatric urgent care network. You will work hands-on with the clinical team, oversee staffing, scheduling, compliance, and inventory, and step into patient care when needed.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in medical operations and proven leadership, with Texas LVN and BLS credentials. The role covers multiple clinics with Texas-based hours and strong focus on patient experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold Texas LVN license.
• BLS certification required.
• 3+ years in medical office or clinical operations.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical and operational performance of the clinic.
• Provide hands-on patient care during scheduled clinical shifts.
• Address staffing gaps, schedule coverage, and overtime management.
• Maintain efficient patient flow and identify operational bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and operational standards.
• Oversee inventory, orders, and weekly operational reports.
• Support patient experience and monitor NPS/reviews.
