Job summary

Care for Kids is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead the daily clinical and operational performance of our Willowbrook/Houston area clinics. The role blends hands-on patient care with clinic management, staffing, compliance, and inventory oversight.

The ideal candidate will have Texas LVN licensure, BLS, 3+ years in clinical operations, and proven leadership skills to drive patient experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Must hold current, unrestricted Texas LVN license.
• BLS certification required.
• 3+ years in medical office or clinical operations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical and operational performance of the clinic.
• Provide hands-on patient care during scheduled clinical shifts.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, compliance, inventory and patient experience.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and safety standards.
• Conduct weekly inventory reviews and manage supply orders.
• Lead staff meetings and coaching sessions.
