Job summary

Care for Kids seeks a Clinical Manager to lead daily clinical and operational performance at our Round Rock clinic. You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, ensure compliance, and support patient care when needed.

The role blends hands-on clinical work with clinic leadership, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and a proven ability to optimize workflows in a busy pediatric setting.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 3+ years of medical office or clinical operations experience.
• Leadership, supervisory, or management experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience with staff scheduling, coaching, patient flow, and day-to-day clinic operations.
• Hands-on clinical support while managing administrative responsibilities.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• Flexible availability, including on-call support as needed.
• Preferred: Texas RN license, 5+ years of progressive clinical leadership, pediatric/urgent care experience, EMR and online patient check-in experience, bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and operational performance of the clinic.
• Work scheduled clinical shifts and provide hands-on patient care within scope.
• Support the clinical team during high-volume periods and address staffing gaps.
• Maintain efficient patient flow and identify operational bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, operational, safety and policy standards.
• Conduct inventory reviews and coordinate supply orders.
• Prepare operational reports accurately and on time.
• Address patient concerns and monitor patient experience, including feedback.
