Job summary

Care for Kids in Webster, Texas is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead the day-to-day clinical and operational performance of our pediatric urgent care clinic. This hands-on leadership role combines clinical care with clinic management and requires staff oversight, scheduling, compliance, and patient experience focus.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 3+ years of medical office or clinical operations experience.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience with staff scheduling, coaching, patient flow, and day-to-day clinic operations.
• Ability to provide hands-on clinical support while managing administrative responsibilities.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical and operational performance of the clinic.
• Provide hands-on patient care within applicable scope of practice.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and overtime to ensure coverage.
• Maintain efficient patient flow and identify operational bottlenecks.
• Ensure clinic operations comply with clinical, operational, safety and compliance standards.
• Oversee inventory and coordinate medical and office supply orders.
• Complete required operational reports accurately and on time.
• Address patient concerns and monitor patient experience, including NPS and reviews.
• Develop monthly clinic schedules in coordination with regional managers.
• Lead hiring discussions and support workforce planning for the clinic.
