Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 3+ years of medical office or clinical operations experience.
• Leadership, supervisory, or management experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience with staff scheduling, coaching, patient flow, and day-to-day clinic operations.
• Ability to provide hands-on clinical support while managing administrative responsibilities.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• Flexible availability, including on-call support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on patient care within applicable scope of practice during scheduled clinical shifts.
• Lead clinical and operational performance of the clinic.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, compliance, and inventory.
• Oversee patient experience and address concerns.
• Develop monthly clinic schedules and coordinate coverage for absences.
• Lead staff meetings and provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure adherence to clinical, safety, and compliance standards.
