Job summary

Care for Kids is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead the daily clinical and operational performance of our Cedar Park clinic. This hands-on leadership role combines patient care with clinic management, overseeing staffing, scheduling, compliance, inventory, and patient experience to ensure top-quality pediatric care.

The ideal candidate brings clinical expertise, people leadership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to support high-volume periods and ongoing staff

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and operational performance of the clinic with hands-on patient care as needed.
• Develop and maintain monthly schedules; manage overtime and coverage for absences.
