Job summary

Care for Kids seeks an experienced Clinical Manager to lead the daily clinical and operational performance of our Texas pediatric urgent care network. The role blends hands-on patient care with clinic management, ensuring staffing, scheduling, compliance, and overall patient experience are optimized.

The ideal candidate has clinical leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of improving clinic efficiency while maintaining high-quality pediatric care.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 3+ years of medical office or clinical operations experience.
• Previous leadership or management experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical and operational performance of the clinic.
• Provide hands-on patient care within scope of practice during scheduled shifts.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and overtime to maintain coverage.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and safety standards; monitor patient experience and NPS.
