Job summary

Fairview Health Services is seeking an In Clinic Visit Facilitator for our Pediatric Care team at the Riverside location in Minneapolis, MN. This 1.0 FTE role supports in-person visits, assists with scheduling, and helps ensure a smooth patient experience.

The position requires strong customer service and comfort with medical technology; preferred candidates may be nursing or allied health students with health care exposure. Clinic hours are Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient with technology and devices such as tablets or smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for appointments and collect relevant information before visits.
• Assist in rooming and documenting patient information during in-person visits.
• Prepare exam rooms and stock supplies for use during appointments.
• Facilitate patient connection to the provider and support a positive visit experience.
• Complete visit wrap-up and communicate follow-up recommendations or scheduling needs.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers and other health professionals in person and via telehealth.
