Job summary

Fairview Health Services is seeking an In Clinic Visit Facilitator to support the Cardiology Care team at the Clinics and Surgery Center in Minneapolis. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible role with 80 hours every two weeks and clinic hours Mon-Thur 7:00 AM–6:00 PM, Fri 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with Saturdays as needed.

The role involves preparing patients, gathering information for the medical record, stocking exam rooms, and helping coordinate appointments to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Proficient with technology (computer hardware and programs, smart devices).
• Preferred: current nursing, medical, social work, psychology or pharmacy student.
• Experience working in healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for appointments and collect medical information for the chart.
• Assist in rooming, vital signs, and intake with health questionnaires.
• Stock exam rooms and ensure supplies are available.
• Support scheduling and coordination of follow-up visits as needed.
• Facilitate positive patient-provider experiences and connect patients to the visit.
