Job summary

Compleat Kidz, a network of pediatric clinics, seeks an Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic and supervise staff.

You will ensure open hours, schedule staff, manage payroll input, and create Excel reports to measure financial performance. Knowledge of EMR and billing systems, HIPAA, and patient scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of management experience.
• Familiarity with medical billing, coding, and basic medical terminology.
• Proficient with EMR, scheduling, and practice management systems.
• Experience with HIPAA, medical coding, bloodborne pathogens, and clinical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinic is open and staffed during hours and events, with safe, clean facilities.
• Ensure staff comply with company policies and values.
• Develop monthly staff schedules and review timecards for payroll input.
• Create Excel reports to measure financial performance of the rehab center.
• Resolve billing holds, refunds, and accounting corrections.
• Interact with customers, review feedback, and address service issues.
