Compleat Kidz in Roanoke Rapids, NC seeks an Office Manager to lead a pediatric therapy clinic. You will oversee daily operations across OT, PT, ST, and ABA disciplines, supervise front desk staff, and ensure smooth referral intake, scheduling, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a healthcare or clinical office setting.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of pediatric therapy services (OT, PT, ST, ABA preferred).
• Proficiency with HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations across multiple disciplines.
• Lead and support front desk team members, including referral intake, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Interview, hire and train BT/RBTs ensuring high- quality care
• Ensure efficient clinic workflows while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with billing, payroll, and insurance authorizations.
• Build strong, positive relationships with providers, staff, and families.
