Job summary

Advanced Pediatric Associates, LLP. seeks an Office Manager to oversee daily operations across three pediatric clinical sites, ensuring efficient workflows, staff support, and an excellent patient experience.

You will supervise administrative and clinical staff, coordinate with centralized teams including HR, IT, Referrals, Call Center, and Patient Business Office, and manage inventory, quality initiatives, and HIPAA compliance. A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Proficiency with EHR systems.
