Job summary

Care for Kids is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead the day‑to‑day clinical and operational performance of our Webster clinic. This hands‑on leadership role combines clinical care with clinic management, overseeing staffing, scheduling, compliance, inventory, and patient experience.

The ideal candidate brings leadership experience in a clinical setting, strong problem‑solving ability, and a collaborative mindset to support the clinical team and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Current Texas LVN license is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• RN license in Texas is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day clinical and operational performance of the clinic.
• Provide hands‑on patient care when needed.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, compliance, inventory, and patient experience.
• Oversee hiring and workforce planning in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
• Lead monthly staff meetings and professional development for the team.
