Job summary

Care for Kids in Webster, Texas seeks an experienced Clinical Manager to lead daily clinical and operational performance of our pediatric care clinic. This hands-on role combines patient care with clinic management, overseeing staffing, scheduling, compliance, inventory, and patient experience.

The ideal candidate will lead a clinical team, resolve operational challenges, and step into patient care when needed, ensuring high-quality care and efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 3+ years of medical office or clinical operations experience.
• Previous leadership or management experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience with staff scheduling, coaching, patient flow, and day-to-day clinic operations.
• Ability to provide hands-on clinical support while managing administrative responsibilities.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• Flexible availability, including on-call support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical & operational programs; hands-on patient care during shifts.
• Balance staffing, scheduling, and overtime to maintain coverage.
• Maintain efficient patient flow and identify bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and operational standards.
• Oversee inventory reviews and ordering of supplies.
• Generate and submit operational reports accurately and timely.
• Monitor patient experience, including NPS and reviews.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition on candidate interviews.
