Job summary

Care for Kids is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead both clinical care and clinic operations in our McKinney, Texas location. This hands-on leadership role requires guiding staff, ensuring compliance, maintaining patient flow, and addressing operational challenges with a patient-centered approach.

The ideal candidate will have a Texas LVN license, BLS, and 3+ years in medical office operations, plus experience in staffing and performance coaching.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 3+ years of medical office or clinical operations experience.
• Leadership or management experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience with staff scheduling, patient flow, and day-to-day clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical and operational performance of the clinic.
• Provide hands-on patient care when needed while overseeing staffing, scheduling and compliance.
• Maintain efficient patient flow and identify operational bottlenecks.
• Oversee inventory, reports, and patient experience (NPS).
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on interviews and workforce planning.
