Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner (PT, OT, or SLP licensed) to build a new clinic from the ground up. You’ll shape location, team, culture, and patient experience while Ivy Health provides infrastructure, expertise, and support.

You’ll lead clinical care, recruit and develop the clinic team, establish market strategy, and partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, and payer contracting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as PT, OT, or SLP.
• Pediatric therapy experience preferred.
