Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director & Investing Partner to build a new pediatric therapy clinic from the ground up, leading licensed PT/OT/SLP care, recruiting and mentoring staff, and establishing community partnerships.

This role offers equity in the clinic, comprehensive benefits, and support from Ivy’s infrastructure while empowering autonomy to shape location, service mix, and patient experience.

Qualifications

• You must be a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in respective state required.
• Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
• Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
• Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting.
