Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Two (2) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in California; BLS, ACLS, and PALS per hospital requirements.

Responsabilités

• Supervise patient care staff during assigned shift and support the Patient Care Manager.
• Assist in administrative/management functions and assume duties of the Patient Care Manager as delegated.
• Coordinate and direct unit patient care operations for the shift.
• Facilitate staff orientation, training, and ongoing development; participate in evaluations.
• Monitor patient care processes and outcomes to ensure quality and safety.
• Communicate policies and performance expectations to staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
