Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise the unit staff during assigned shifts with leadership support.
• Coordinate and direct patient care operations for designated units.
• Mentor, coach, and evaluate personnel and participate in performance reviews.
• Support unit goals, quality initiatives, and risk management programs.
