- Registered Nurse by California Board of Registered Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the operational aspects of a designated unit while mentoring staff.
- Coordinate and direct unit patient care operations for an assigned shift.
- Facilitate orientation, training and ongoing staff development; coach and evaluate personnel.
