Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited college.
• Two (2) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
• RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure And/Or Compact State Licensure.
• Ability to develop programs and lead process improvement projects.
• Knowledge of health care policies and standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operational aspects of designated unit(s) and supervise staff.
• Support Patient Care Manager with administrative functions and duties.
• Coordinate unit patient care operations for assigned shift.
• Lead staff orientation, training and performance evaluations.
• Serve as liaison to the Patient Care Manager and ensure policy compliance.
