Job summary

Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled, pediatrician-led medical group delivering 24/7 virtual-first and in-home care for children with special health care needs.

We seek a leader to guide a team of Patient Engagement Associates from outreach to ongoing engagement, coaching for performance and serving as the escalation point for caregiver concerns, coordinating with clinical and operations teams for a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5+ years of leadership experience in call center, patient engagement, or healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of Patient Engagement Associates through the full member journey, from initial outreach to ongoing engagement.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings, manage timekeeping, and provide coaching to drive performance against enrollment and engagement metrics.
• Act as an escalation point for caregiver concerns and collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and guide a team of Patient Engagement Associates through the full member journey, from initial outreach to ongoing engagement.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings, manage timekeeping, and provide coaching to drive performance against enrollment and engagement metrics.
• Act as an escalation point for caregiver concerns and collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5+ years of leadership experience in call center, patient engagement, or healthcare operations.
• Proficiency in Talkdesk and Microsoft Office, strong critical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to coach teams through change and use performance data to drive continuous improvement.

What We Offer:

• Base salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 plus annual bonus, benefits, and equity purchase program.
