Job summary

OP Specialty Bracing is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first contact for patients and referrals. You will manage check-ins, insurance details, and scheduling in a fast-paced pediatric clinic environment.

Responsibilities include verifying insurance, coordinating physician schedules, maintaining electronic charts, and supporting billing and office flow. Prioritize confidentiality and excellent patient service to help families access care.

Qualifications

• High School or Associate Degree; related experience and/or training.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and people skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out and collect insurance information.
• Verify patient insurance and initiate prior authorizations.
• Coordinate with referral sources to obtain physician schedules.
• Maintain patient charts using Nymbl software and scan/upload documents.
• Support clinic staff and ensure smooth office flow; handle claims documentation.
• Schedule all appointments and manage no-shows.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and adapt to a dynamic environment.
