Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet families professionally in person and on the phone.
• Answer questions and seek clarification when needed.
• Assist families with registration and maintain accurate patient accounts (HIPAA compliant).
• Manage incoming patient documents and correspondence.
• Perform opening and closing duties including organizing, stocking, sanitizing.
