Qualifications

• Maintain HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in/out.
• Multi-line phone coverage and referrals liaison.
• Register patients and collect insurance/demographics.
• Verify insurance and initiate prior authorizations.
• Collect patient balances and coordinate with billing.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments; manage appointment flow.
• Maintain electronic charts using Nymbl software.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA.
