Responsibilities

• Plan of Care - Provide approved care of assigned patients and assist in implementation of interventions under supervision of RN.
• Supervise and assist patients with activities of daily living and developmentally appropriate activities.
• Assist with patient transport and 1 on 1 patient observation as needed.
• Respond to alarms and ensure a safe, organized environment; complete documentation in patient record.
