Therapy 2000 is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric home-based therapy across Texas. You will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment, collaborate with families and healthcare providers, and document progress to help children grow and thrive in their own homes.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, clinical excellence, and teamwork within a mission-driven environment. Experience in pediatric SLP and strong communication skills are valued.

Formación

• Active Texas license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Demonstrated reliability and innovative thinking.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient with basic workplace tech (laptop, email, browser).

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine patients' needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate patient care.
• Meet required weekly patient visits and charting duties.
• Complete documentation promptly and accurately.
• Engage with agency staff to uphold care standards.
• Comply with all policies, regulations, and codes of ethics in home-health pediatric SLP.
