THERAPY 2000 seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide pediatric home-based therapy across Texas. You will assess needs using standardized tests and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and caregivers.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality care within a supportive team, coordinating with other clinicians, and meeting weekly visit targets while adhering to regulatory standards and agency policies.

Qualifications

• A current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in the state of Texas.
• An innovative spirit complemented by a demonstrated history of reliability.
• Flexibility to shift resources and priorities as necessary, based on the needs of the business.
• Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop computer, phone, email, web browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers.
• Collaborate with various providers and disciplines to coordinate care.
• Complete a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required by the agency.
• Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress summaries, and logs.
• Attend meetings to maintain understanding of expectations and standards.
• Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
