THERAPY 2000 is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home pediatric therapy across Texas. The role involves evaluating children, designing evidence-based treatment plans, and coordinating care with families and medical teams in the child’s home environment.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license.
• Experience in pediatric therapy setting preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs in collaboration with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate patient care.
• Meet minimum patient visit requirements weekly as directed by agency.
• Complete chart updates, progress summaries, call logs and related paperwork on schedule.
• Engage with agency staff to maintain understanding of expectations and standards for patient care.
• Ensure all duties comply with agency policies, ethical guidelines, and applicable laws.
