Job summary

Kid Clan Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families and school teams to support meaningful progress for children with ASD.

The BCBA will assess, develop, and oversee treatment plans; train caregivers; maintain documentation; and ensure evidence‑based interventions across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and teams.
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on ABA.
• Design and implement data collection systems to monitor client progress and adjust interventions.
• Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and team members with feedback and evaluations.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals to set individualized goals across home, school, and community.
• Deliver direct intervention services and teach functional skills.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client progress and plans in compliance with standards.
