This BCBA leadership role focuses on assessing and planning ABA services for pediatric clients with autism. You will supervise RBTs and therapists, ensure fidelity, and coordinate with families, schools, and other professionals in clinic, home, and community settings.

You will develop data-driven treatment plans, monitor progress, adjust goals, and train caregivers. A Master's in ABA or related field and active BCBA certification are required, with ability to work in a flexible hybrid schedule

Formación

• Active BCBA certification by BACB and state licensing requirements for Arizona (COBA)
• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
• Clinical experience designing and managing ABA programs for pediatric autism

Responsabilidades

• Assessments & evaluations to identify strengths, target behaviors, and developmental needs
• Develop data-driven ABA care plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists to ensure high fidelity and ethical compliance
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as children develop
• Lead regular parent/caregiver meetings and provide training
• Coordinate with schools and healthcare professionals to support the child across settings
