You will set clinical standards, recruit and mentor the team, shape the patient experience, and cultivate local professional relationships while gaining equity in the clinic.

This role combines clinical leadership with entrepreneurship, offering de novo business growth, mentorship from senior partners, and access to Ivy Health’s infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ABA program.
• BCBA license or certification required.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and set clinical standards for the licensed discipline.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the local community.
• Oversee startup from community to location and patient experience.
