Job summary

Ivy Health Inc. in Lemont, IL seeks a Pediatric ABA Clinic Director & Investing Partner to build a brand-new clinic from the ground up.

You’ll shape the clinic’s community presence, recruit and lead the team, and deliver care via your licensed discipline while earning equity in the practice. You’ll collaborate with Ivy Health’s support teams and receive de novo business, site selection, marketing, and ongoing leadership guidance to create a sustainable, high-impact clinic that serves children

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
• Current or pending BCBA license or certification.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting.
