Job summary

Ivy Health seeks a Clinic Director and Investing Partner to oversee a brand-new pediatric ABA clinic in Washington, PA, delivering individualized treatment plans and leading a clinical and non-clinical team.

You will build relationships with local medical professionals, guide community outreach, recruit and mentor staff, and partner with Ivy Health leadership to launch and scale the practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
• Current or pending BCBA license or certification required as there is a treating element to this role.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
• Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
• Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting.
