Ivy Health in Pittsburgh is seeking a Clinic Director and Investing Partner to open a brand-new pediatric therapy clinic and build it from the ground up. You’ll lead clinical operations and shape patient care with Ivy’s support.

This role partners with Ivy Health leaders on site selection, recruiting, marketing, and payer contracting, while you earn equity in your clinic and deliver exceptional service to the community.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
• Current or pending BCBA license or certification.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of care within your licensed discipline and set clinic standards.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting.
