Job summary

Ivy Health seeks a Pediatric ABA Clinic Director & Investing Partner in Virginia to lead a brand-new clinic from concept to community care. You’ll shape the clinical vision, recruit and develop the team, and build local relationships while Ivy provides infrastructure and support for a scalable start-up practice.

You’ll hold BCBA licensure, bring pediatric experience, and partner with Ivy Health to open and grow a clinic with equity potential, competitive benefits, and ongoing leadership

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
• Current or pending BCBA license or certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
• Help choose market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
• Partner with Ivy Health teams across various functions.
