Job summary

Ivy Health invites a Pediatric ABA Clinic Director & Investing Partner to build a new clinic from the ground up with our support and systems. You’ll lead clinical care, recruit a team, and shape patient experience while earning equity in your practice.

You’ll bring BCBA credentials, pediatric ABA experience, and strong leadership to partner with Ivy’s real estate, marketing, and operations teams on site-location decisions and startup success.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be pursuing BCBA license.
• Pediatric ABA clinic experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Ability to build partnerships with community and referral sources.
• Willingness to start a new clinic from ground up.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations and patient care alongside clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community to drive growth.
• Define market, location, service mix, and patient experience for the startup clinic.
• Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, marketing, finance, and IT to ensure startup success.
