Job summary

Ivy Health in Tysons, VA seeks a Clinic Director and Investing Partner to build a new clinic from the ground up. You will shape clinical vision, recruit and lead the team, and establish patient experience aligned with Ivy Health standards.

You’ll partner with Ivy Health leaders to open the practice, manage operations, and develop relationships with local physicians and community partners while driving sustainable growth and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
• Current or pending BCBA license or certification.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic startup and establish patient care standards.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and community.
• Collaborate with Ivy Health teams across departments.
