Join Ivy Health as a Pediatric ABA Clinic Director & Investing Partner in Washington, PA. You’ll shape a brand-new clinic from the ground up, recruit and mentor the team, and deliver high-quality patient care with equity in ownership.

You’ll partner with Ivy’s infrastructure and leaders to build community relationships, refine service mix, and ensure sustainable growth within a supportive, autonomous culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
• Current or pending BCBA license or certification required as there is a treating element to this role.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
• Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
• Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting.
