Job summary

Ivy Health seeks a Clinic Director and Investing Partner (BCBA licensed) to lead a brand-new pediatric ABA clinic in Virginia. You will oversee clinical and non-clinical teams, shape patient care, and build local partnerships while guiding the clinic from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ABA program with BCBA credentialing.
• Current or pending BCBA license required for clinical care.
• Pediatric experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinic's clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver care.
• Develop and implement pediatric ABA treatment programs.
• Recruit, develop, and manage clinic staff and culture.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Guide startup clinic location, service mix, and patient experience.
